The information we collect about you

Ask Nicely

With the Ask Nicely application, we collect customer and user feedback.

Based on your legitimate interests (ie interest in analyzing, optimizing and economicizing our online offering within the meaning of Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR), use Ask Nicely, Ask Nicely Limited, Lvl 1, 63 Ponsonby Rd, Ponsonby 1011, Auckland, New Zealand.

The European Commission has confirmed that New Zealand is adequately protected by adequate data protection and is therefore a secure third country within the meaning of Article 3. 45 GDPR.

When using the feedback functions, a connection is made to Ask Nicely IT systems and the entered data is stored there. Ask nicely is used to automatically send survey emails to get customer ratings and other customer feedback. When customers respond to such a request, information such as an email address is used to contact them to respond to, for example, a review or feedback. The feedback and data provided will not be published. If users do not wish to provide feedback from customers, they can unsubscribe by clicking the cancel button at the bottom of the email they received.
