• Self drilling fastener suitable for installation of pre-drilled cladding panels onto steel or aluminum structure
• Installation of fastener precisely centric to the pre-drilled panel given by centering sleeve
• Dilatation can be fully utilised as no residual material from the centring sleeve remains in the drill hole
• Both impact gun and regular drill gun machine can be used for installation
• No torque control required given by reduced thread
• Secured against unwinding given by reduced thread
• Alignment of the fastener to the panel is always set straight given by double-threaded thread
• Fastener head is slightly conical, thus no abrasion on the panel surface after dilatation
• Fastener can be over-tightened

• Panel needs to be pre-drilled to Ø 10 mm
• Wearing safety glasses is recommended during the entire setting process
• The bit supplied in the box must be used
• Ensure a right angle during the entire setting process
• Make sure that the bit is mounted without play in the screwdriver
• Apply pressure at low rotation-speed until the centering sleeve breaks
• Once the centering sleve is broken, apply more presusure and increase the rotation-speed
